COLLECTIVE REMEMBERING PROJECT

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: August 30, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the Collective Remembering Project (“CRP,” “Collective Remembering Project,” “Community,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Megan Zuzevich LLC (“Company”).

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any CRP course, membership, workshop, live class, community space, or other offering, you agree to these Terms.

1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE

The Collective Remembering Project is a private educational and personal-development community.

Our offerings are designed to provide education, exploration, reflection, and experiential practices related to mindset, belief systems, trauma-informed approaches, somatic practices, energy, physiology, metabolic health, cultural conditioning, and related areas of study.

CRP is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical treatment, healthcare, or clinical supervision.

Participation does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, or supervisor-supervisee relationship between you and Megan Zuzevich LLC, Megan Zuzevich, or any CRP instructor.

Nothing presented through CRP should be interpreted as a diagnosis, treatment plan, medical advice, or individualized clinical recommendation.

If you are seeking medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other professional care, you are responsible for obtaining that care from an appropriately qualified professional.

2. MEMBERSHIP

Membership provides access to the offerings specifically identified at the time of purchase, which may include:

The specific content, schedule, instructors, format, and availability of membership offerings may change as the Community evolves.

Membership does not guarantee access to any particular course, teacher, class, topic, schedule, or future offering unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.

3. STAND-ALONE COURSES

Certain CRP courses, trainings, workshops, and educational materials may be purchased independently of membership.

Purchasing an individual course does not automatically provide access to the full membership or other CRP offerings unless expressly stated.

4. REFUNDS AND EU/EEA WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, purchases of Collective Remembering Project memberships, courses, workshops, classes, and other digital or educational offerings are non-refundable.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area (“EU/EEA”), you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from certain contracts for online services and digital content, unless an applicable legal exception applies.

For digital content that is supplied immediately after purchase, such as recorded courses, videos, downloadable materials, or other digital content, you expressly request that delivery begin before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period. Where permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once performance begins or once you access or download the digital content.

For services or memberships, where permitted by applicable law, you expressly request that the service begin during the 14-day withdrawal period. If you subsequently exercise a valid right of withdrawal before the service has been fully performed, you may be responsible for the proportionate amount of the service already provided up to the date you communicate your withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or waive any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to you.

If you are entitled to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, you may notify us by contacting:

Megan Zuzevich LLC
Email: [email protected]

Your notice should clearly state that you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal and identify the purchase or membership to which the request relates.

Where a refund is legally required, it will be processed within the timeframe and using the method required by applicable law.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME

CRP provides education and experiential opportunities but does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, emotional, financial, health, or other outcome.

Your experience and results will depend on many factors outside of our control.

Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for determining whether any practice, exercise, teaching, or information is appropriate for you.

6. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CHOICE

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, participation, and wellbeing.

You are encouraged to use your own discernment and to participate only in practices that feel appropriate and safe for you.

You may choose not to participate in any exercise, discussion, practice, or experiential process.

If an activity causes significant physical or emotional distress, you should stop participating and seek appropriate professional support when necessary.

7. EXPERIENTIAL PRACTICES

Some CRP offerings may incorporate practices involving mindfulness, breath, movement, somatic awareness, tapping, visualization, meditation, body awareness, or other experiential approaches.

These practices are offered for educational and exploratory purposes.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

You are responsible for considering your individual circumstances and consulting an appropriately qualified healthcare or mental health professional when appropriate.

8. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

The Collective Remembering Project is intended to be a respectful, supportive, and private educational space.

Members agree to:

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict participation, or terminate membership when conduct violates these guidelines or otherwise compromises the integrity of the Community.

9. COMMUNITY CONFIDENTIALITY

We encourage members to treat personal information shared by others as confidential.

However, we cannot guarantee that other members will maintain confidentiality.

You should use discretion when sharing personal, financial, professional, medical, mental health, or other sensitive information within a group setting.

CRP should not be treated as a legally protected confidential therapeutic environment.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All CRP materials—including courses, videos, audio recordings, written materials, workbooks, presentations, exercises, frameworks, graphics, trademarks, names, and other content—are owned by or licensed to Megan Zuzevich LLC unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own educational purposes.

You may not:

You may take personal notes and engage with the material for your own learning.

11. RECORDINGS AND CONTENT

Certain live classes or events may be recorded for educational purposes. If a class is recorded, participants may appear in the recording depending on the format and platform used.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate when recording is occurring.

If you do not wish to be recorded, you should follow the participation instructions provided for that event.

We may also use participant questions, comments, or general discussion themes for educational purposes in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.

12. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Information provided through CRP is educational and general in nature.

Nothing contained within CRP should be relied upon as individualized legal, financial, medical, psychiatric, psychological, nutritional, or clinical advice.

CRP does not replace consultation with professionals who can evaluate your individual circumstances.

13. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

CRP may use third-party platforms for payment processing, course delivery, email, video conferencing, community communication, scheduling, file storage, or other services.

Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Megan Zuzevich LLC is not responsible for the independent practices, policies, availability, or security of third-party platforms.

14. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

You may cancel a recurring membership according to the cancellation process provided through the applicable membership platform.

Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not generally create a right to a refund for a current membership period unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access when necessary for violations of these Terms, misuse of the Community, nonpayment, or conduct that compromises the safety or integrity of the Community.

15. TERMINATION

Megan Zuzevich LLC reserves the right to remove an individual from the Community or terminate access to CRP offerings when we reasonably determine that the individual has violated these Terms, community guidelines, or applicable law.

Termination for violation of these Terms does not automatically create a right to a refund.

16. EMERGENCIES

CRP is not an emergency or crisis service.

If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you may be at risk of harming yourself or another person, contact 911, go to the nearest emergency department, or contact an appropriate crisis or emergency resource.

Do not rely on CRP, its instructors, members, messaging systems, or community spaces for emergency assistance.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Megan Zuzevich LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and representatives are not responsible for losses, damages, injuries, or outcomes arising from your voluntary participation in CRP offerings, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

You understand that educational and experiential participation involves personal responsibility and that you voluntarily choose whether and how to participate.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Megan Zuzevich LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or conduct within the Community.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time as our offerings, business practices, or applicable laws change.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of CRP after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

21. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any applicable purchase terms, membership terms, Privacy Policy, disclaimers, and other written agreements provided by Megan Zuzevich LLC, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Collective Remembering Project.
