This intensive is for you if…
✧ You've taken in a lot of information and want to integrate it, not just collect it. ✧ You sense your body has its own wisdom about energy and rhythm, and you want to listen to it. ✧ You're ready to move from "I should" to choices that feel natural and doable. ✧ You want unhurried, one-on-one time rather than another course to get through.
FAQs:
Do I need to have taken a course first?
It helps to come with some background in metabolic or energy-based education, [such as the Collective Remembering Project courses], but curiosity is enough.
Is this therapy?
No. This is somatic coaching. It is educational and supportive, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.
Will you tell me what to eat or which supplements to take?
No. I don't give medical or nutritional prescriptions. We work with your own awareness and choices, and you're encouraged to bring questions about your health to your medical provider.
What we will do together:
1 · Arriving: We ground, set your intention, and map where you are now with your energy, rhythms and daily patterns.
2 · Listening to the body: Guided somatic practices help you notice how energy, nourishment and rest feel from the inside.
3 · Connecting the threads: We bring the metabolic education you've gathered into conversation with what your body is showing you.
4 · Shaping your path: You create a simple, personalized integration plan, with a few practices that fit your life.

Megan Zuzevich
Rogue Therapist | Educator
Megan Zuzevich is a former Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree and more than 3,000 post-graduate clinical hours. Over eight years in clinical practice, she worked with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Today, Megan brings her clinical experience together with an integrative approach that explores the relationships between psychology, physiology, the nervous system, environment, biology, and consciousness. Her work invites us to become curious about the ways our bodies, minds, environments, and experiences are interconnected. Rather than prescribing a single way of being, Megan creates space for people to question familiar frameworks, listen more deeply, and develop a relationship with their own inner knowing. Rooted in Rhythm is an invitation into that inquiry—to slow down, listen to the body's language, and explore what becomes possible when we begin to live in greater relationship with our own natural rhythms.
